S.T.I.R. Talks

Second Wednesday of the month from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (PST) over Zoom

If you're looking for a space to have meaningful conversations, then you have come to the right spot! Here we explore specific topics through skillfully facilitated and emergent conversations.

Just talking? Really?

For many, life is compartmentalized - work, school, family, and friends. There is rarely space for deep conversations – to share and discuss ideas freely without fear of shame or judgment. At S.T.I.R. Talks, we gather to explore specific topics together. It’s much more than talking. We S.T.I.R. things up and Shift The Inner Reality.

How it works

The space is professionally facilitated by Susan Barbeau from Follow the Knowing and Rebekah Jackson from Harbor Happiness. Each month, there is a specific topic and a curiosity question. The group discusses the topic and question in a free-flowing format. Participants agree to honor S.T.I.R. Talks as a confidential space and follow the postures and practices guidelines to create space for open and honest dialogue.
